Deposit Policy:
- 50% deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 40 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- 50% non-refundable if cancelled 30–15 days prior to arrival; subject to a 3% transaction fee
- Within 14 days of arrival, reservation is fully non-refundable
- No credits issued for cancellations within the penalty period
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
